To return a miyoapparel product: You must complete the returns form which you have received within your order. If you did not receive one these can be filled out at our warehouse upon drop-off of your return, alternatively we can send one to you via email if you simply email us at, please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and your reason for return.

What can be returned: Items bought from us that are unworn, non-personalised/branded and in original packaging. We are unable to accept the return of school ties, school badge patches and school badged knitwear. 

What cannot be returned: Any item which has been customised, branded or personalised for the customer cannot be returned.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. School ties are not eligible for return. Without valid proof of purchase we will not accept your return. 

Returns for refund: We are unable to offer refunds.  

Returns for exchange or store credit: All valid returns made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Complete your return slip, indicating if you want a replacement or a credit note.
  2. Return the goods to our warehouse 10 Clamp Road, Etna Industrial Estate, Wishaw. ML2 7XQ and drop this off at our return point. 
  3. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to process returns for at least 48 hours after goods have been dropped at our returns point.
